I remember this ride when I was young. I remember looking through the little port holes and imaginaring that I was really down there. Very few rides did that.

I really miss this ride and wish that they would bring it back. Especially for my kids.

P.S. I really miss the giant octapus at the end.

When I went on this ride, I asked God to bless Mr. Disney for me. I remeber few other rides at Disneyland as a child, but this one was Disney in my mind. I know it was bear to maintain, but I am so sad that profits exceeded wonder and this was allowed to die.

Like so many others, I was about 5yrs old when I first went on this. I too, lol, hid my face in my Dad's shirt yelling..."we're sinking"! I thought until now, that I was the only one who had done that! I loved that ride and wanted to take my children on it....Atleast I was able to take my youngest up the Swiss Family Tree! Please...Please...Bring this back!

The first memory I have of this ride is when I was about five. (This was back when you needed tickets to ride) I remember getting on the sub and when it started its "dive" I yelled out "We're sinking, we're sinking" I didnt know any better and I hide my face in my dad's shirt for a few minutes. He explained that we were only about 2 or so feet under the water. I enjoyed the ride much better then. I was always excited to ride it on future yearly visits. When I went back, after a few years of not going, I was very upset to see it gone. I hope they bring it back.
